The delegate fees include the congress program and materials, lunch and coffee on Wednesday-Friday and the Opening Reception.
The day fee includes the program, lunch and coffee on one day and the congress materials.
The accompanying persons’ fee includes the Opening Ceremony and Reception and the Closing Dinner but not the scientific programme.
Registration data of the participants will be stored one year and deleted after that. Information is available only for the Congress Chair and Congress Manager.
Personal data of the registered participants will be forwarded to the next congress organiser only if the permit is given.
Payment method
The payment should be done by a credit card (visa, mastercard) at the time of registration. In Finland it is also possible to make a bank transfer (verkkomaksu). Registrations without a valid payment are not accepted.
ACCOMMODATION
The organisers have pre-booked hotel rooms at a few hotels for the dates 12-15 June. We recommend you to reserve accommodation as soon as possible to guarantee the room or /and the price.
